New Place to Post Current Events!

Hi ward family! Welcome to our ward website. Here you can find all information and links for our weekly sacrament meetings and programs, as well as each of the organizations. To view our weekly sacrament meeting and to access information regarding any organization, simply click the specific tab needed in the menu.

Announcements

  • The Pocatello temple will be closed all day on Christmas Eve and Christmas, and will be open at 10:30 am on December 26. This same pattern will follow for New Year's Eve, New Year’s Day, and January 2.
  • Our ward meeting time will change to 9:00 am on January 4, 2026. 
  • December is our ward’s month for cleaning, and assignments have been made for each week. If you cannot make your assignment, please make arrangements for someone to fill in for you. Brother Jerry Cook will be calling you the week of your assignment to set up a time to clean. Thank you for your service! Assignments are as follows:

There is a new way to record our ward history! It will be done wholly on the ward level now, and will be recorded completely online at the following address https://unithistory.churchofjesuschrist.org. Posts can be added in real time, and all ward members will be able to read the history as they desire. Only ward presidents and secretaries (from all organizations) can submit histories, but all ward members can read them. This will be private to only our ward and it requires a churchofjesuschrist.org login, so this will be the safest place to record current events and past events for our ward to enjoy. It is as easy as making a social media post: just write about what happened in your organization, add any pictures if desired, and post. The post will then be approved by the bishopric, and upon approval all ward members will be able to read. Other members of organizations could write posts and email them to their organizations' president or secretary to post, too. This will be a wonderful resource to help build greater unity for all ward members as all will be able to join in and see the wonderful things that happen in our ward.

Sister Angie Lloyd has created a YouTube channel teaching how to play the hymns and primary songs on the piano without sheet music! This is a precious and invaluable resource that Sister Lloyd has been very generous to offer for free. Happy learning!
